Heather Hunt

I am a potter based in Fowey, South East Cornwall. I love making. I love making pots, clothes, wool, food, growing and sewing. My background is in education and I feel passionately about passing on traditional skills to the next generation. Heather is widely recognized for her signature style of quirky, humorous, and expressive clay animals designed specifically to "make people smile". Her highly sought-after, distinctive pieces regularly feature cartoonish wide eyes, spiked collars, and playful expressions. Her original sculptures are showcased and sold through regional galleries like the Ebenezer Gallery, Fowey River Gallery and Spray Gallery.
